1.1 The Definition about Drop-shipping at Local Warehouse

This is a cross-border e-commerce supply chain services, you don't need to stock up, there is no inventory risk. You can choose products, download products information on our platform, publish the listing on your ebay/amazon/independent station shops, once there come order, you can place the corresponding orders on Yechain Platform in single or in bulk (or authorized shops, sku mapping, associated single system). We will send the parcel to your designated customer after payment is completed.

1.2 The advantages of Yechain Overseas Warehouse

  2、Compared with other carriers, Yechain gets the good price for FedEx Ground service.

  3、There are at least 3 backup service suppliers both warehouses and last mile delivery, ensure timely response to any abnormal situations.


1.3 What’s the procedures of drop-shipping service at Yechain Platform?

Register account on Yechain: Sign up on Yechain website(www.yechain.com), and start the journey of distribution.

Download product data package: It’s free to download the corresponding product data package you plan to sell on the official website of Yechain.

Publish Listing: Optimize and modify the information of the downloaded products according to your needs, and then publish and sell them in Amazon /eBay and other stores.

Receiving Orders &Payment: After the store get orders, you place orders and finish payment on Yechain platform. After successful payment, the system will send the ordered products to your designated customer address.

Logistics Tracking Number: after receiving your order request, the logistics tracking number will be issued within 24 hours to 48 hours (there might be a delay on weekends). The average delivery time is 5-10 days.

After-sales service: Relying on the advantage of overseas warehouse, all returned goods are returned to our overseas warehouse, more flexible on after-sales operation.

1.4 How to obtain the distribution qualification on Yechain?

Visit our registration page: http://www.yechain.com/register.html, you can become our member by free registration, as long as you finish the personal information certification, you will have the access to product price and other specific information, download the data package, and get distribution qualification.

1.5 How many oversea warehouses does Yechain have? Are there any spare warehouse?

There are more than 300 overseas warehouses, including 14 strategic cooperation partners. The available area for Yechian reach to 500000 spare meters, and we are able to extend our warehouse according to the business demands.

1.6 Whats the operation capacity for the local warehouse?

The overseas warehouse last mile operation of Yechain is fully equipped and has been in operation for many years, and has the ability to deal with sudden increased orders. By December 2020, the last mile operation capacity planning is as follows:

1. The 500 shipments will be issued and scanned within 1-2 days;

2. The 500-2000 shipments will be issued and scanned within 3-5 days;

3. For more than 2000 shipments, we will coordinate with local warehouses, to ensure orders from Yechain get priority in progressing.   

The regular process time is 3 to 5 days, and the epidemic season is 5-10 days. If there were delay due to force majeure, we will notify you at at Yechain Platform.

II. Logistic and Warehouse Questions

 

2.1 Are they in-stock goods in local warehouse?

Yes, all products of Y have been stocked in the self-operated overseas warehouse, as well as customers' self-built warehouse.
2.2 How to calculate the shipping cost?

The commodity prices on the Yechain platform are including shipping cost. The Yechian warehouse offers drop-shipping service, and these warehouse resources are open to our customers.

Some remote states (remote state abbreviations: PR, HI, VI, AE, AP and AK, GU, the AS, MP); Australia (Northern Territory, QLD Regional, QLD Far North, WA Regional. WA Remote) does not provide drop-shipping service. Customers should pay attention to close these countries and regions when setting up sales areas.

2.3 Where are the warehouses?

 

Yechain is currently have warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom and Germany, East, Middle and West of United States all have warehouses. Among them 60% customers located in the East, therefore most of goods are will be stored in East US (New York) warehouse.

2.4 Whats the Express Service does Yechain Use?

There are many last mile channels in US markets:FedEx ground、UPS ground,Truck Delivery, Self-Pick up, ect.

2.5 Have Tracking Number or Not?

The packages delivered on the Yechain platform are basically get tracking number within 24 hours to 48 hours, and support FedEx and other logistics whole-process tracking (an order with multiple pieces might be slightly delayed).

2.6 Wayfair Order Process and Tips:

1. Self-Pick-up Cost= The outbound order cost +1 Times.

2. Wayfair orders uploads only support manually upload, we will offer the instructions after the system connection is completed.

2.7 Do you support FBA?

Yes, both self-pick and ship to FBA warehouse is available to us. Please get in touch with customer service for receiving fee, labeling fee.

2.8 Processing Time and Delivery Time.

After you place an order on the Yechain platform, you are expected to get tracking number in 24~ 48 hours, (the warehouse is off duty on weekends, and the delivery time will be delayed).

III. Website Functional Integration Questions


3.1 Does Yechain support ERP Integration?
The yechain do not third-party ERP software integration so now, Ec cang ERP user have seamless integration with our system, and also open to API integration for self-developed ERP system.

3.2 Does it support one-click publication of goods to the store?

Support one - button publishing function. You need to contact the account manager to open the permissions on the Yechain platform.

3.3 Is it possible to upload the logistics tracking number to the store in one click?

Easychain supports one-click uploading of logistics tracking number to stores, but requires you to use the "Platform Order Loading" function, which supports one-click capturing of Yechain orders from stores on platforms such as Amazon /eBay /Wish/AliExpress /Shopee /Shopify/Lazada, and automatically upload the tracking number to the store

4.1What Products does Yechain Have?

4.2 Does Yechain provides professional high-definition pictures and SEO optimization of the English title description?

The product pictures on the Yechain platform are all in high definition, and have the corresponding product picture, size, weight and other information.

In addition, easy chain commodity title, description and other information have done SEO optimization, can rest assured to use.
4.3 Is the product at risk of infringement?

There is no risk of infringement of our products. If authorization is needed later, we can ask the factory to provide authorization.

4.4 Are the goods in sufficient stock? What if there is a shortage?
 Goods on the platform are prepared and sent to overseas warehouses after big data analysis. Most of the goods are in sufficient inventory, but some of them are hot sellers, which may lead to temporary stock shortage. For details, you can communicate with your account manager about how to conduct inventory management.

4.5 Question about Exclusive Inventory?

Distributors have applied for exclusive inventory, and Yechain offers sellers free warehouse rentals for up to 3 months.

Q: What should I do if the exclusive stock is not sold out within the specified time?

A: The distributor needs to pick up the goods in one time, or pay the corresponding storage fee.

4.6 How much do i pay for exclusive inventory?

You need to pay 30% payment of goods value in advance, for more details, please consult with your account manager.

4.7 Is the inventory updated in time

We use real-time update synchronous inventory system.

4.8 How to apply for the distribution authority of products in the brand area?

You can contact your account manager to apply for opening the brand area product permission.
4.9 How to choose suitable products for sale on platforms such as Amazon or eBay?

Yechain distribution platform will tell you through big data, what are the hot products at present. In addition, "Amazon and eBay" modules are set on the homepage of the Yechain distribution platform.

4.10 Are they clearance item?

1. At present, there are no clearance products in Yechain. First, the quality of clearance products is uncertain, and second, they will not be replenished continuously. Considering the long-term development of the seller, the platform is not increasing the clearance goods at present.

2. If the platform will add clearance products, there will be a special column for sellers to have more choices, and we will also indicate why these products are cleared.

4.11 Can furniture be returned without reason? Can furniture provide home maintenance services?


1. Yechain platform supports 7 days no reason to return goods:

Customer personal reasons, do not want / buy the wrong product, not satisfied with the received product (product and hanging list description, Customer is not satisfied with the size, material, color, etc.), customer purchase error or distributor error lead to order error (non-product reason), Yechain platform does not bear return freight and does not support freight to pay, customer return, and Yechain platform will deduct the freight and product loading fee when the product is sent (see Article 4 return freight).

 

  2、If the end buyer automatically returns the goods through market place:

 

   1) For all customer problem related to terminal selling please contact distributors, and the distributors need to communicate with customer service on Yechain platform first time. Please inform customer service return reason and return logistics tracking number after return, so that we can set up return orders in warehouse, and notify warehouse about receive goods. If the above information is not provided to customer service in advance, might resulting in package lost, the return cannot be processed then.

 

2)If the terminal buyer does not contact the distributor and arranges the return by himself, the distributor shall confirm and provide the tracking number to the Yechain platform within 5 natural days, so that the Yechain platform can make return register with warehouse.

 

if the customer returns by himself while not able to provide tracking number, and 2 natural days have not been informed, Yechain platform will not accept the returns. .

Furniture does not support door-to-door maintenance, sorry!

 

4.12 Do we need to translate the language ourselves?

At present, the product description on the platform is based on the what supplier to provide us, and we arrange typesetting, we are trying to provide as much as we can, if still hardly to meet your requirements please do it by yourself.

If it is a Minor language, please tell us the products you want to put on your stores, we will check which part of information we are able to offer.

 

4.13 Does the platform support Self- Pickup?

Yes, some products support self-pick up, please check the details on website or check with your account manager.

 

V、Recharge and Payment Issues

 

1、Existing recharge and payment methods are as follows:

Offline:

Payoneer:
1. platform will remind fluctuating exchange rate, please pay attention before recharge;
2. Accept US dollars
3. there is no limit to the amount of a single recharge, need to pay attention to your account limit;

4. need attached transfer proof for transfer.

HSBC Hong Kong:

1. platform will remind fluctuating exchange rate, please pay attention before recharge;
2. support different currencies;
3. recharge amount can be withdrawn, but only pay back to the original account;

5. surcharges

Hong Kong easy chain HSBC account to pay the other Hong Kong HSBC Bank, the bank charges a handling fee of HK $55.

Payment to other banks other than HSBC (cross-bank or cross-regional), the bank charges HK $220.

Online:


Alipay:

1. can directly scan the code recharge;

2. available RMB payment, support Alipay bound savings card or credit card payment;
3. does not support account balance recharge;
4. order refund will be returned to the account balance to support withdrawals.


VI. After-sales Questions


6.1 How to deal with the after-sale problems?

Provide product pictures or videos that can display problems and provide customers’ remarks with original language(English). Customer service will provide solutions within 24 hours after receiving the information.

After the supplier provides the return address, the customer should send the product back and inform the customer service of the logistics tracking number and the selected logistics company.

The supplier arranges the refund after receiving the returned product.

 

6.2 How long it will take for the after-sale processing for refunds only? How about the return and refund?

 

Refund after-sale processing: about 3 working days.

Return refund after-sale processing: about two weeks.
